Athlo Terms
At Athlo, we’re committed to delivering a safe, efficient, and high-quality training experience for every athlete. To keep sessions running smoothly, please review the policies below before visiting the studio.
1. Session Booking
Booking Options: Sessions can be booked online, by phone, or in person. Booking ahead is recommended to secure your ideal time.
Confirmation: You’ll receive an email or SMS confirming your session. Notify us immediately if something looks incorrect.
Walk-Ins: Accepted based on trainer availability. Scheduled bookings take priority.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Late Cancellations: Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Missed sessions without notice may be charged at full session rate.
3. Late Arrivals
Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Beyond that, your training time may be shortened or the session rescheduled.
Fees: Excessive lateness may incur a fee or require rebooking.
4. Health & Safety
Medical Conditions: Inform your trainer of any injuries, medical limitations, or physical conditions before training.
Readiness: You are responsible for ensuring you are physically able to participate in high-intensity or strength-based sessions.
Clean Training Environment: For hygiene and safety, athletes must wear clean athletic shoes and appropriate workout attire.
5. Training Expectations
Assessment: On your first visit, we may conduct a fitness assessment to tailor your program.
Trainer Authority: Trainers may adjust or stop an exercise if they believe it poses a risk.
Personal Belongings: Keep valuables with you; Athlo is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
6. Payment
Accepted Methods: Debit/credit cards, digital payments, and memberships purchased through our platform.
Deposits: Certain programs or first-time bookings may require a deposit.
Pricing: Rates vary by program, coach, and session type. Final pricing will be shown at checkout.
7. Studio Arrival & Departure
Check-In: Arrive 5–10 minutes early to prepare and avoid delays.
End of Session: Please respect session length so coaches can stay on schedule.
Locker Use: Lockers are available but provided at your own risk.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If something falls short of expectations, contact us within 24 hours so we can address it.
Refunds or credits are granted at Athlo’s discretion.
9. Studio Etiquette
Respect the Space: Keep equipment clean and return items after use.
Behavior: Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal.
Phone Use: Limit phone use during training to avoid distractions.
Children: Only allowed in designated waiting areas and must be supervised.
10. Emergency Policy
In the event of an injury or emergency, we will take immediate action, including contacting emergency services if required. You are responsible for any related medical costs.
11. Policy Updates
Athlo may update these policies when needed. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
