Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our digital template.
To keep things fair and crystal clear, here’s how refunds work:

1. Digital Products = Instant Access

Once you download or access the template files, the product is considered delivered and non-refundable.
Digital items can’t be “returned,” so please review all previews and descriptions before you buy.

2. Cases Where Refunds ARE Allowed

We offer refunds only if one of the following is true:

• You received the wrong product due to a technical error.

• The file is broken or missing essential components, and we cannot fix it for you within 5 business days.

If this happens, contact us immediately with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Screenshots (if needed)

3. Cases Where Refunds Are NOT Given

No refunds will be issued if:

• You “changed your mind.”

• You “don’t like the design anymore.”

• You expected functionality or features that were not listed in the product description.

• You purchased the item by mistake.

• You don’t know how to use Framer/Figma/etc. (tool-related issues are on your side).

If you need help using the template, we offer basic support to ensure the files work as intended — not full custom design services.
